Martin is a skilled facilitator, trainer and coach who brings his many years in corporate life together with his facilitation, coaching and therapy skills. He was Head of Leadership Development at Norwich Union and has worked across cultures in France, Germany, Middle East (Dubai), USA, Northern Ireland, Eire and Gibralter. His work centres on the development of the business through people using organisation development as a prime focus although in earlier times, he worked in HR focusing on recruitment, selection, structural design and staff deployment.
He is qualified in the use of a wide variety of psychometric models – FIRO / Elements, MBTI, TDI, Hogan Suite, Leadership Development Framework, 16PF, Gordon’s and theoretical models – Spiral Dynamics and TA.
His client experience includes developing leadership and executive programmes for clients including Aviva, Zurich Insurance, Waitrose, HBOS and Bayer.
