Karen founded KineticFuture Leadership Ltd in 2000, leads the coaching team and is the creative director for our group programme development.
She specialises in coaching leaders, communications strategy, audience narrative and positive leadership practices. She qualified as business coach in 2012 and graduated with distinction in 2016 from the Neuroleadership Institute which is dedicated to brain science and its application to leadership. She is also a certified Time To Think coach with a strong commitment to the Thinking Partnership approach to coaching and meeting facilitation.
Prior to KineticFuture she was Deputy Chief Executive Officer of H+K Strategies London, a leading global public relations firm and was Managing Director of its healthcare, corporate, crisis, technology and consumer marketing practices during her time there.
Her client experience includes The Open University, AbbVie, GSK, MSD, AstraZeneca, Roche, Mars, PepsiCo, The Olympics, Barclays and the Nuclear Industry. She started her career at Time Magazine and Burson-Marsteller.
Outside work, she loves to ski, do pilates, watch live music and walk her two flat-coat retriever dogs. She is married with two children and lives in Berkshire, near London.
