This organisation was in the midst of massive change and it wasn’t going well.

The brief started with a focus on a lack of respect between divisions and a major lack of trust and openness. We coached the leadership team to build a plan to improve the situation quickly. The foundations for the discussion were positive leadership practices which have strong commercial impact data behind them. We then practised using tools and templates which supported having different conversations, resilience and could boost trust and respect.

The result?

The trial division that went through the programme were so impressed that the programme was rolled out to all the other divisions.
