I hope you’re all well and coping with the difficult circumstances we’re in. I am still coaching clients face to face in London but I know that many of us are being encouraged to work from home and ‘grounded’ from flying to avoid the spread of COVID-19. And certainly we are pushing back our group Leadership Presence courses a couple of months. So it’s frustrating all round. However, it is an opportunity to think and plan. (under every cloud … and all that).
If you would like to have 1-2-1 Time To Think coaching via Zoom video to help you do your thinking and planning, this is a practical solution. It’s easier to use than Skype video and rather kinder to the face! It is possible to create a Thinking Environment via a video link using any on line system and we have found ways to make it a personal and very productive experience. We can help you do your very best independent thinking from your home.
So, if you’d like to maximise the benefits of the time you have while ‘grounded’ contact me to chat about how Time To Think Coaching can work for you. Its singular purpose is for you to do your very best and newest thinking. It’s exciting, enjoyable and extremely productive. I really enjoy coaching this way. You can also find out more about how and why this approach works by looking at the original Time To Think book by Nancy Kline.
So stay well and look after yourself and others. Have a look at our Tips page if you’d like to brush up on your leadership development or Leadership Presence.
