Positive energy in a leader predicts high performance. How can you know if someone is like this? What are the signs? Are you an energiser?

It’s all about the effect upon others, who after an exchange will:

  1. Feel invigorated by that person
  2. Have more energy for their work after interacting with them
  3. Experience increased vitality; a sense of feeling strong and active
  4. Would seek out this person when they needed a boost
  5. Feel they have more stamina after an exchange with them
